By accessing and using the Kaizen application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the application.

1. Service Description

Kaizen is a business application designed to facilitate human resource management, project administration, attendance control, productivity, and other internal processes. The platform is developed with Google AppSheet, and is supported by technologies such as Google Apps Script, cloud databases, and third-party APIs.

2. Authorized Use

The use of Kaizen is limited to:

Users authorized by the companies that contract the service.
Devices previously registered by the platform.
Legitimate purposes related to business administration.

The following is not allowed:

Sharing access credentials without authorization.
Attempting to access data or functions not enabled for your account.
Using the app for fraudulent purposes or contrary to the law.

3. Activity Log

To ensure security, traceability, and business compliance, Kaizen records information related to:

Logins
Devices used
Geographic location (if the user allows it)
Activities performed within the application

These records may be audited by the administrators of the user company.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Kaizen are the property of KAIZXEN APPS PMA LFH SRL. or have been licensed for use. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

5. Updates and Availability

Kaizen may perform updates to improve the user experience, correct errors, or introduce new features. Although we seek maximum availability, we do not guarantee that the app will be free of interruptions.

6. Liability

Kaizen is not responsible for:

Data losses caused by misuse of the application.
Errors derived from configurations made by administrative users.
Incompatibilities with devices or operating systems not recommended.

The use of Kaizen is at the user's and the contracting company's own risk.

7. Suspension or Cancellation

Kaizen reserves the right to suspend access to the application in the event of:

Violation of these terms
Suspicious activities
Express request from the user company

8. Links to External Services

The app may integrate external tools (such as geolocation, authentication, or performance analysis APIs). Kaizen is not responsible for the use these third parties make of the information, although we select reliable providers compatible with our privacy policies.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified when there are relevant changes affecting the use of the system.
